Jasmine grew up in Los Angeles, ventured off to San Diego for law school, and then returned to her roots where she now practices, while raising a family of her own. Jasmine was bred in a household that fostered and encouraged an entrepreneurial spirit and a yearning for challenges. It is that entrepreneurial spirit that has been the driving force behind her decision to create a multi-faceted powerhouse, providing her clients with superior representation as both a real estate agent and attorney. Jasmine is known for her attention to detail, tenacious work ethic and commitment to the priorities of her clients.
While Jasmine’s diverse clientele require her to be constantly on the move, anywhere from the Valley to the Westside and beyond, Jasmine and her husband Scott enjoy raising their family in Calabasas, California.
Education and Experience:
Jasmine received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, from California State University, Northridge. She then moved onto receiving her Juris Doctorate degree from University of San Diego School of Law. After having received her law degree, Jasmine embarked on what proved to be a successful and diverse legal career. Jasmine expanded her legal expertise by working as a senior associate at a reputable AV-rated civil litigation firm, where she specialized in general civil, business, and construction litigation. The combination of her entrepreneurial spirit, passion for helping others, and longtime obsession with real estate led to her decision to form JM Law Firm and Jasmine Motazedi Real Estate.
Jasmine’s relentless dedication led her to being selected as one of Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars, a distinction that is awarded to no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in California.
Licenses and Admissions:
Jasmine is admitted to practice law before all Superior and Federal Courts in the State of California including the Southern District of California, Central District of California, Northern District of California, Eastern District of California, as well as the Western District of New York.
Jasmine is a real estate broker licensed under the California Department of Real Estate, and is affiliated with Coldwell Banker-one of the most prestigious and trusted real estate brands in the world.
Jasmine is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a designation given to realtors specially trained in professional negotiation tactics.
